धारा 424 गद्दाफी का फाउली से या कपट डक अप्सराण या छिपाया जाना
धारा 425 ऋषि/कुचेष्टा।

धारा247 कुचेष्टा कृप्या कृषकों का नुकसान होता है
धारा 428 दस रुपये के मूल्य के जीवजंतु को वध करना या उसे विकलांग करना ऋषि द्वारा
धारा 29 किसी भी मूल्य के ढोलर, आदि को या संपत्तियों को रुपये के मूल्य के किसी जीवजंतु का वध करने या उसे अयोग्य करने आदि कुचेष्टा द्वारा।
धारा 430 सिंचन संकर्म को क्षति पहुंचाने या जल को दोष देने से रिश्तो मुड़ने लगता है
धारा 431 लोक सड़क, पुल, नदी या जलसरानी को नुकसान पहुंचाकर रिश्ता
धारा 432 लोक जल बहिष्कार में क्षतिप्रद जलप्लावन या बाधा कारिटन ऋषिति द्वारा
धारा 433 किसी दीपकॄह या समुद्री-श्रृंग को नष्ट करके, उपखंड या कम उपयोगी उपभोक्ता रिश्तो
धारा 444 लोक संपदा द्वारा स्थापित भूमि को नष्ट करना या हटाना आदि ऋषि द्वारा
धारा 435 सौ रुपए का या (काॄषि उपज की दशा में) दस रुपए का नुकसान कारित करने के कार्य से अग्नि या द्रव पदार्थ कुचेष्टा द्वारा।
धारा 436 गाॄह आदि को अग्नि या द्रव्य पदार्थ कुचेष्टा द्वारा नष्ट करने का कार्य।
धारा 437 किसी तल्लायुक्त या बीस टन लोड वाले जलयान को नष्ट करने या असुरक्षित बनाने के काम से कुचेष्टा।
धारा 438 धारा 437 में अग्नि या द्रव्य पदार्थ का वर्णन कुचेष्टा के दंड के लिए किया गया है।
धारा 439 चोरी, आदि करने के काम से जलयान को साशय भूमि या किनारे पर चढ़ाया गया दंड।
धारा 440 मॄत्यू या उपहति कारित करने की तैयारी के दौरान फिल्म की प्रस्तुति दी गई
धारा 441 आपराधिक अतिचार।
धारा 442 गॄह-अतिचार
धारा 443 प्रचन्न गॄह-अतिचार
धारा 444 रात्रिरौ प्रचन्न गॄह-अतिचार
धारा445 गॄह-भेदन।

धारा 452 बिना स्वामित्व के घर में घुसना, चोट के निशान के लिए हमले की तैयारी, हमला या गलत तरीके से दबाव बनाना
धारा 453 प्रच्छन्न गॄह-अतिचार या गह-भेदन के लिए दंड
धारा 44 आरोप से दंडनीय अपराध करने के लिए छिप कर गॄह-अतिचार या गह-भेदन करना।
धारा 455 उपहति, हमले या सदोष अवरोध की तैयारी के फिल्म प्रचन्न गॄह-अतिचार या गॄह-भेदन

धारा 456 रात्रि में छिपकर गॄह-अतिचार या गॄह-भेदन के लिये दण्ड।

धारा 458 क्षति, हमला या सदोष हमले की तैयारी के द्वारा रात में गॄह-अतिचार।
धारा 459 प्रच्छन्न गॄह-अतिचार या गह-भेदेन समय घोर उपहति कारित हो
धारा 460 रात्रौ प्रच्छन्न गॄह-अतिचार या रात्रौ गह-भेदन में संयुक्ततः संपॄक्त समग्र व्यक्तिगत दंडनीय हैं, जबकि उनमें से एक मॄत्यु या घोर उपहति कारित हो
धारा 461 ऐसे पात्र को, जिसमें संपत्ति है, फाउली से प्रारंभिक उद्घाटन
धारा 462 एक ही अपराध के लिए दंड, जब वह उस व्यक्ति द्वारा किया जाता है जिसे अभिरक्षा न्याय दिया जाता है।
